Given the recent explosion of nightly users, I understand your need for a place to discuss them, and/or ask if other users are having similar issues as you...this is that place
  • DO NOT: Post to the bug tracker
  • DO NOT: Open another thread (I will enforce this with temp bans)
  • DO NOT: Think of this as official forum support; this thread will be strictly user to user support. Don't expect CM-dev help.
** These CyanogenMod builds are highly experimental and unsupported.
**
** Please refrain from submitting bug reports for any issues
** you may encounter while running one of these builds.
**
** Submitting bug reports on nightly builds is the leading
** cause of male impotence.

I'm having some issues with data connectivity. My 3G connection drops at random and a reboot is required. Some Wi-Fi connections doesn't work (even though removing the added hotspots and reconnecting). Other devices on the same hotspots works fine.

Additionally, audio problems with calls persists. When talking to people they often complain that they can hear themselves.

Any one else experiencing this?

The gapps links are for an 'old' version. Was this a mistake or intentional?

Since the P925 nightly is being discontinued. What is the method for updating the baseband to use the P920? Use the Rogers (P925G) GB update?

Got that but I am having problems with connectivity. Mostly when I am on the move. I will have to restart my phone because it will not connect to the network. If I try to toggle Airplane mode it freaks out.

When I restart the phone I will not have connectivity. For some reason the phone turns on with Airplane mode enabled.

Also, there is a problem with the lock screen music buttons when using Play Music.

I have tried to a factory rest and that has not helped.

What you need to do is check that you have the right baseband. APN settings have to do with data.

Hello, I just installed the RC1 on my Optimus 3D (P920). I have a problem with the SD card: the external is recognized as the internal and the internal is not recognized at all. I read that I had to fix it in the CyanogenMod menu in "parameters" but I can't manage to open this menu. I get an error and the window closes (The application parameters  crashed, etc...). I've only had this ROM for a few hours but that is the only con I can find. It is clearly more fluid than 2.3.1
Anyway, I hope it will be fixed soon so I can install it definitely.

RC3 is still not ready to be a daily driver with the AT&T baseband. There are still wifi and network issues.

The wifi will not show any connections after leaving a wifi zone. Toggle wifi on/off helps sometimes. Restart helps.

The network connection still randomly drops out and you need to toggle airplane mode or restart.

People calling me report that there's a terrible and loud echo. I don't hear an echo myself when I'm talking on the phone, but people who call me can hear themselves, and quite loudly too.

It's as if the audio output is looped back to the input.
I tried reproducing it (once) by calling myself from a landline, but the echo didn't appear there. This might indicate that it doesn't always happen or that it only happens when I'm being called from another cellphone.

People on XNA have been reporting this issue. I only noticed it this week (I never get called), but others say that it has been there for ages.
I'm on cm-7-20120610-NIGHTLY

Is there a workaround for this issue?

EDIT:
I made a bugreport, since it's still apparent in 7.2 stable.
