I am trying to install Cyanogenmod using the tutorial here http://wiki.cyanogen..._(32B):_Rooting and the device can never boot.

This is a MyTouch3g that was previously running the original firmware. I was able to downgrade to firmware 1.5 and get Amon_Ra 1.7.0G installed fine.

I downloaded update-cm-6.1.0-DS-signed.zip and copied to the SDcard. I rebooted into recovery and wiped everything before installing that zip. Now it boots to the Cyanogenmod logo which spins for a while then freezes and repeats the whole thing again.

How should I proceed?

Now I am stuck at the initial MyTouch Logo.
Is there certain information that I can post to help troubleshoot this?
