I'm having somewhat related issues.

1. I'd like to swap emmc/sdcard as CUViper described but the option is "greyed out" (disabled) in my menu

2. My phone recently has been having problems "seeing" data on the emmc partition. I have the swiftkeyX  keyboard app and it doesn't work properly sometimes because it can't find it's data. Also, when i reboot the phone, it loses my ringtone and notification sounds. Also i can no longer see the mp3 music that is stored on the emmc. I copied some files to an mp3 folder on the sdcard and i am able to see those files in the music player, but only those and not all the others on the emmc.

I can browse the contents of the emmc in Astro, but apps don't seem to find the data that is there? Some do i guess... it seems that the photos stored on emmc are visible in the Gallery app. I'm confused.

One more possibly-relevant bit of info, there is a folder in the root directory (in astro file browser) called "sd-ext" and it is empty.

Update later in the day: I just went into the Ringdriod app, and it can see all the music on my emmc drive. So then, just to doublecheck i went back into the music app, and all my music is there! It hasn't been there for like a month or something. Today when i was dinking around looking at all this stuff earlier, i un-mounted and then re-mounted the emmc drive. It didn't seem to have any affect at the time, but i wonder if that's what seems to have fixed this. i'm pretty sure i've done it in the past without a result, but i couldn't swear to it. We'll see if it happens again.

Also, the "Use internal storage" option CUViper mentioned, is still greyed out.
