I need my phone microphone working when i use normal music headphones.

Hi all,


Are there any suggestions to make the device microphone work when I use normal music headphones. Those without the mic in them. I previously had motorola rokr E6 in which when I recieve a call, the phone microphone can be used to talk while hearing through the headphones. So if any modification can be done to the device such that I need not remove the headphones everytime I recieve a call to talk.
