alright i downloaded the pack but am kinda confused on what to exactly do afterwards i have moved them to the sd card but dont know if i should just use file manager or recovery mode or something else that would be easier

It's not a flashable zip.  Unzip and choose which themes you want to install (as .apk).

With good software like advanced tools you can move all apk files at once to the /data/app folder
That's also fast.

Reason I didn't make a flashable zip was because not all devices have like 1GB partitions. This looked best solution to me :)

I keep trying to download V2 and it the download keeps dropping connection after 20-30 mb.  Any chance of getting a mirror?

No, but only because there is no CM8. You can go from 7 to 9 or 10 though.
