How install a Nightly build over another one?

defy nightly cm7 update

Hi, i need to know how install a nightly buil over another one?
All data will be erased upgrading with a latest build?
Can i go back, and reinstall the old build?

just install rom manager or download the zip to your SDCard and reboot to the recovery.

Thanks! i have another question, all data lost? i mean, the app and configurations will be erased?

No all data stays, wipe cache, wipe dalvik and then install the zip (dont use factory reset)

Not meaning to sound stupid, but how do you boot into recovery? Currently using CM7 stable and would like to experiment with nightlies.

To boot into recovery, reboot your phone. When it's starting back up, your LED light should turn blue for a few seconds. As soon as you see it go blue, hold the volume down button. That'll boot you into recovery.
