Cyanogenmod won't do anything with Ice Cream Sandwich until the SDK is released in a month or so. I believe they've stated elsewhere that development of CM9, based on ICS, won't begin until the SDK for Android 4 is out.

They are NOT waiting for the SDK but for the source code of ICS. There are SDK ports for the Nexus S and other devices, but not from CM.
There is the possibility, but it will take 1. Google to release the sources after the Galaxy Nexus is released and then to support the Defy.

Yah you're right crobe. I had just written a post about the ICS SDK and graphic assets included with it., so I had the SDK on my mind.
