hello everyone. i was wondering, in the notification bar below the Notification Power Widget, can i add a bar for apps or app shortcuts?? what i mean is adding a bar that has selected apps by me to be there so that i can access them wherever i am..............

Nah, don't think there's a way to do that that's build into CM. There may be an app out there but I wouldn't be able to tell you because I've never needed one, think it would make the notification pulldown a bit cluttered.
There's the dock in adw that is kind of along the same lines but you wouldn't be able to access that from anywhere.
