Can someone running CM 7.1 run the 3 web benchmarks mentioned in this article and post their results? interesting to see if it beats the iPhone 4S, as my Nexus One running CM 7.1 bested the stock GSII on two of the benchmarks.

Synthetic tests don't mean a lot but....

Sunspider 0.9.1 - 2085ms
Browsermark - 95461
GUIMark 3 HTML5 btimap - 58.2 fps
GLBenchmark 2.1 PRO Offscreen 720p - 3261 Frames (65.2Fps)

Nice! Yes synthetic but the headline "iPhone 4S crushes Android Phones" was based on those numbers.

Ya, you've got to love the "Phone X is a Phone Y killer" articles - especially the fanboyism from both sides of the arguments in the comments. Good for a laugh.
