First extract the update.zip which is the official release of the cyanogen. you will find a boot.img copy that to your fastboot folder .
Now follow the same procedure as you did for flashing it the first time. once done copy the update.zip to your sdcard directory , then remover the usb and power it on .
YOU WILL SEE XDA DEVELOPERS LOGO !!! on that screen keep pressing the volume down key .. then follow the steps. ;)

i tried that but after flashing the boot.img from the official Cyanogen file and reboot my phone, im got stuck on the sony ericsson screen.

also, i have a question, will i be able to use the default sony ericsson launcher once i already have the cyanogenmod on my phone?

thanks in advance mates.

Sir, I retried flashing. I am seeing the XDA DEVELOPER(freexperia) logo but i cannot boot into clockworkmod. I tried holding up, and down. I even tried pressing them simultaneously while booting. I really don't know where I went wrong.
Are you using the boot.img from the update-*.zip? That's where the CWmod is.
Flashtool flash boot boot.img. (boot.img from the zip)
