In call Voice feedback

Hello,
Just loaded the C 7.0.3 mod on my Aria and noticed an in-call issue. When I place or receive calls, I cannot hear my own voice over the phones speaker during the call. The caller has no trouble hearing me, but I cannot hear myself - which is actually pretty distracting. I'm not even sure what this feature is called, but with most phones (and my last mod Liberated FR008) you are able to hear your own voice as well as the callers - a sort of self voice feedback. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or solutions. Thank you.
