Can someone please help me??!! My friend changed my phone from cyanogen mod to a different program and then again to another one which i believe is called team nocturnal or mijah. Im not sure if these are called roms or something else... but all of my text messages got erased as well as most of my contacts!!! I remember last time he did the same thing, but then somehow he returned the phone to the previous program it had and all of my texts were bacck. So i think if i return my phone to cyanogen mod, which is the program i had all my messages stored in, i will get all my texts back again, as well as my contacts. PLEASE this is REALLY important to me!!!! Please HELP!! cuz were not in contact anymore so he wont be able to do it and i dont know what else to do. I wanna try to do it myself so badly but i really dont need a paperweight....
   prtty prtty please!!! if youre around the l.a. area and u can fix the problem i can give you a new in box speaker for ur phone/ipod or something of the sort.. i dont have money but i do have some stuff...

p.s. my phone is not 3D, its regular.. sry didnt realize this was for 3D

same instructions should apply if you're already on another ROM:

* do a nandroid backup
* install CM7

I'm guessing this friend of yours was smart enough to at least do nandroid backups before switching ROMs right?
