Is there an Android app that provides the internet pass-through capability that comes with HTC Sense but is not available in CM7? This is one thing I really miss and haven't been able to find.
Thanks....

If you mean wifi hotspot functionality, it's built in

Internet pass-through is different from hotspot functionality. It's sort of the opposite - it provides internet access to the phone from the PC, while hotspot is in the other direction (from the phone to the PC).
I'm pretty sure this is not built in.

You are right, through a combination of the HTC driver pass through app on the pc and the HTC USB app, it has, hot spot, passthrough (internet via USB from phone to pc to internet ) usb proxy ( pc to phone to internet) storage mode ( phone as usb drive mode ) and battery charge mode. the only really complicated one is the internet passthrough as it will take some reverse engineering to talk to the HTC usb passthrough driver on the PC.
