Running 1.2 and NI Adam rev5

Have tried several times to install CM7. I believe I followed the installation directions exactly. I get the following error:

assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device") == "harmony" II getprop("ro.build.product") == "harmony" II getprop(ro.product.board") == "harmony
E:Error in /sdcard/ROM/update-cm-7.0.3-Harmony-signed.zip
(Status 7)
Installation aborted

Please help!
