i just flashed cm 7.0.3 on my aria with the gapps, but the thing is i couldnt get install some of the "google experience" apps such as google maps/gmail/youtube on my aria. the market/gtalk/goggles works fine though. stated in android market the that google maps is already installed, but when i try to install it says that my device is incompatible? When i bought the phone these apps already pre-installed with the device, so they must be compatible with the device? based from what i hv read, the device shipped with the google apps they can be backed up and then installed to a new rom, since the license is related to the hardware, not the OS. is there any workaround so that i can get my prestock google apps into the new rom?

I had to find and download the apk's (for maps) in full. it installed no problem. The root of the issue has to do with the size of the cache not expanding to accommodate the size of the "temp" apk as its downloaded from the market; that I read up on (I tried to remedy it and do straight installs from market to no avail.) However there should have been a widget or whatever on first boot
that did it automagically.. Hope I could shed some light. Peas
