Hi,

For the past few months I've been using the Cyanogen Nightlies and have experienced issues using the camera,  I thought this was possible an issue on the nightlies but even after formatting the device and applying the stable Cyanogen update i am experiencing the same issue.

I am able to replicate the issue by launching the camera and capturing an image using the back facing camera.  Once i capture the image the camera freezes an i have to FC.  when i relaunch the camera the error ''CAMERA ERROR - Cannot connect to camera'' appears.

I cannot use the camera after this message appears and a phone reboot is required.

However am able to use the front facing camera if i don't attempt to use the back camera after rebooting the device.

A little help please, has anyone else encountered this issue?

Thanks

P.S The stable update is super quick...thanks for all your support and mods.

Got the same problem here.  I'm using Camera 360 for a replacement and it works fine!

Try wiping data for the Camera app. This fixed a similar camera issue I had.
