Given the recent explosion of nightly users, I understand your need for a place to discuss them, and/or ask if other users are having similar issues as you...this is that place

  • DO NOT: Post to the bug tracker
  • DO NOT: Open another thread (I will enforce this with temp bans)
  • DO NOT: Think of this as official forum support; this thread will be strictly user to user support. Don't expect CM-dev help.
** These CyanogenMod builds are highly experimental and unsupported.
**
** Please refrain from submitting bug reports for any issues
** you may encounter while running one of these builds.

** Submitting bug reports on nightly builds is the leading
** cause of male impotence.

How stable is the 8/3/2011 (n27) build?  Thinking of switching back to CM7 from a Sense based ROM.

I have an HTC Incredible 2 and recently purchased the verizon wireless charging pad.  My problem is on CM7 it does not recognize when I put it on the pad.  It works with the EVO rom.  Am I doing something wrong or is CM7 nightly not compatible with the charging pad?  Thanks..

Is there by chance a change log of whats been done to it?

I've been flashing them pretty much once a week and have never noticed any difference.

Has anyone else noticed that the microphone (i.e. voice to text or voice command) responds maybe 1/4 of the time? Or might this be a hardware problem for me?

Loaded #33 yesterday and loving it.  Although for some reason, my ear piece volume is slightly lower than the last ROM I had.  Of course, that could be because I normally drive a car with 2-60 air ;)

this is a definite issue with this ROM on the Dinc2. If you download and flash the Tiamat kernel (here), you will get better (but still not as loud as Sense) ear piece volume

Is anyone working on the wired headset mic issue?  CM's ability to route notification sounds and alarms to the speaker while a headset is plugged in is an awesome feature for me, but I can't use it as a phone if the mic doesn't work.    Anyone know a work-around?

I'd love to hear about progress on the headset as well. Every time I load up a new nightly, I try to make a call with the headset only to find out that it's still not working.

The tiamat kernal fixed the sound for me.

However I have a weird one now. All of a sudden when dismissing the alarm clock, the stock browser launches to Google. (May be the home page, never use the stock browser so not sure)

Upgrading the radios honestly doesn't seem to have done anything except make the bars update more often. No better reception or anything though afaict.

there is an option in the alarm settings to launch an action on dismissing the alarm so just double check to make sure that isn't the culprit.

edit: you have to select the alarm itself and it's an option in there called application

Anyone know how to get the wireless charging working? I'm not sure if anyone's found a way and I love the nightly builds otherwise so I don't want to over burden the developers.
