Given the recent explosion of nightly users, I understand your need for a place to discuss them, and/or ask if other users are having similar issues as you...this is that place

1) DO NOT: Post to the bug tracker
2) DO NOT: Open another thread (I will enforce this with temp bans)
3) DO NOT: Think of this as official forum support; this thread will be strictly user to user support. Don't expect CM-dev help.

** These CyanogenMod builds are highly experimental and unsupported.
**
** Please refrain from submitting bug reports for any issues
** you may encounter while running one of these builds.
**
** Submitting bug reports on nightly builds is the leading
** cause of male impotence.

Well I'm fully addicted to the nightlies, just flashed the latest, going great, 3G lag seems to be gone!

I have jit on, and it seems very fast, no force closes, excellent progress.

So, I am addicted to the nightly builds as well.
I live in a "Dead Zone", or at least I did, for some reason while using the nightly builds, I find my reception 1000 times better, I even get 3g about 50 percent of the time.

Thanks for all the hard work guys!

Are there any huge differences in the nightly compared to rc1? Like apks? Or just code?

Just an FYI, signatures and the left side info panel don't appear on the mobile view.

I don't know if that is how mypaq is viewing or not but I thought I would mention it.

I'm running great on MT3G original recipe. The combination of using Autokiller memory limits set to 8/10/12/25/60/90 and a Swapper2 swap file set at 32mb, swapiness of 5, JIT enabled is running circles around my 5.08 configuration. I also switched my home app to Launcher Pro, it feels a bit snappier than ADW. The one I'm currently running is from 7/14 and has a little hiccup when trying to cancel a market installation, so I'll probably go back to the 7/12 one I had on before, which didn't have that problem ... or do I go for an updated one ... gotta love the Russian Roulette of nightlies on your primary phone!

Haven't seen any apk differences, I'm guessing mostly code.

Got my first problem with the one before the latest, browsr causing soft reboots, tried nand restore, failed, flashed an earlier build, it's working, but I seem to have lost home button>goes to home, it just gets ignored, oh well, that'll teach me, lol.

Edit; pinch zoom not working.

I flashed the latest nightly (cm_dream_sapphire-07152010-001738.zip) and now Titanium Backup "Thinks" that it doesn't have root permission, even though the root permission granted message pops up from the Superuser app.

Is anyone else seeing this?

I didn't wipe, I just flashed over the previous nightly.

I have watched the logcat while doing this and I don't see anything come up to indicate what is happening.

I restored my backup and it works again.
