I'll try that and update you on it, but theres no .nomedia in there, also the same thing with my Gallery pictures, 1 folder shows but the rest dissapeared. Their not there in the Gallery but in Root explorer their there.

EDIT:
Didn't work.
I had a .nomedia on my SD CARD no directory just /sdcard i removed the . and now its nomedia and it still didn't work and thats probably the ONLY nomedia i had on there.

Great job guys.

So far, the latest nightly is running VERY smooth.

I am very impressed with the speed and stability of this.

Thanks to you all!

The problem is that it is reading your internal storage space as 0.00 MB. I had that issue all you need to do is do a data and cache wipe and then reflash. It worked for me anyway.

That's strange.  I've been switching back and forth between CM7 and Bionix-v 1.3.1 and never had any problems with sms.  I'm not using the stock messenger though.  I use Handcent.

A note to all, if you don't have a front facing camara, which u won't unless u put it in urself. Don't choose front camara in the camara app. You won't be able to open the app anymore.

100% running time.

My battery stats shows that Android spends 100% of time running (doesn't go to sleep). Consequently, battery life is poor (down to 16 hours from 40).

Anybody else has this problem?

Everytime I try to update from rom manager it always shows no updates and no premium roms.   I do have the premium licence am I missing something?

That's all well & good, but I can't get the gapps package to successfully install. It goes through the motions, and says "installation successful," but the apps are not there after reboot. I've tried wiping dalvik & not, and have tried doing it from within rom manager & also by manually downloading the package & rebooting into clockwork. no luck at all!

about to wipe EVERYTHING & reflash cm7 (after the phone finishes charging). hopefully that will work. I'll report back either way.

thanks

I had this problem before . after flashing CM7 , enter the CWM via the 3-button method ( not through rom manager ) to load the new CWM version (the orange one ) then flash the G-apps file .

hope this works for you

I have had this problem several times.  gapps will not flash through recovery for some reason.  boot to recovery the old fashioned way and it should install fine.  I f you are still having problems you prolly got a bad download.  Just download them again and flash in recovery :D

If you do this, just go to settings->applications->manage applications->all then find the camera app and clear its data. It'll remove any settings and thus reset back to the main camera. I hit the FFC button on accident and this was much easier than reflashing =P

This seems to have something to do with when it asks what google apps you want to install. If you didnt hit this screen I think you can try removing all your google accounts and reflashing gapps. It took a few attempts for me but some combination of removing the accounts and reflashing got the google account setup screen to popup on reboot and after adding an account it brought back the 'which apps' screen I am talking about.

Make sure rom manager is manually set to the 3.x version, I was having all kinds of funky stuff going on until I set that then everything started working properly again in relation to flashing.

I had really bad battery issues however switching to the KB1 modem helped me significantly. KB5 was using about 10% an hour in standby, KB1 is more around 4-5% for me. Also according to other users you can disable 3g and get much better batt life but I would rather just charge up more than sacrifice 3g personally. Lastly, I also read that setting to DIM instead of Auto for screen brightness using power control would help. Not sure if it did but it cant hurt.

Anyone whos updated to the #8
Does your market work? Mine was working fine, until now it keeps closing soon as it opens... :(

how to fix?

Like soon as i click the market app, It opens to a white screen and i can read it quicly saying "LOADING" and then it closes in less than a second.

I've replaced the Vending.apk in that from GAPPS but it still does that. WIPED data, still does that...
any fix :(?
