HTC G1 Battery Question

so i bought 2 new batteries for my G1 and there both different but look the same and not sure what one is better the first battery Part no is 35H00106-02M and the second batteries Part no is 35H00106-04M...can any one shed some light on this for me?

look for a number (example: 2500mAh) the one with the higher number is better
