Hi, I notice in the post saying if you are upgrading from CM 6 to CM 7, to NOT use titanium back if possible as may create issues. However, if staying within CM7 is it OK to use Titanium backup?
I am using the zepplin 42 nightly build now and am thinking about flashing the latest nightly, and then soon hopefully the stable release when its available. However, I have not really got my phone back to full functionality as I have been hesitant to install all my apps since I don't want to do it from scratch each time.

Any suggestions on how to upgrade from releases and the nightlies to the stable ROM would be greatly appreciated as I waste and spend a lot of time re installing and adjusting settings ...

Thank you for sharing and assisting

You'll likely not have any problems if you backup between CM7 nightly builds, the warning only applied to people switching from CM6 to CM7, as CM6 was using an older version of Android.
