Charansingh, who is the one working on it, joins the topic on page 2.  No word on when it'll be available though.  Page 2 and on is the stuff you wanna pay attention to.  The stuff on page 1 is the link to the RC0 that was posted here.

I'm using MDJ's CM7 build with (so far)  no problems.  Anybody looking for CM the way it was on D/S use this build, I haven't had anymore problems than I did with CM on my Touch 3g. I think we should ask the dev to join team Douche.

Great :). I came here to post a request for HD2 nightlies and official port, but I see it's not longer needed. Fantastic news that HD2 owners will join greatest ROM family.

The only problem i am having with the MDJ cyanogenmod 7 v2.6 ROM on my HD2 is that it can't get past the authenticating stage when I try to connect to a Wifi network secured with 802.1x EAP.  Anyone else run into this, and more importantly know how to fix it?

I think I may try flashing the CleanDROID ROM instead and see if I can connect to the network.

CM6 also has the battery indicator in the notification bar, which I miss too.

I did try wiping the phone and flashing MDJ's CM7 but it didn't help.  I think it is just a problem with CM7 because I tried the official CM6.1 on my Magic and it worked.  The CleanDROID CM6.1 that I just flashed onto HD2 also connected to the network fine.  However it is now unable to connect to Bell Canada's network anymore (Rogers still works fine).
