Hello! After making wipe I rebooted my phone, enter my Google account data, started Market and it's started automatically reinstall all of my apps erased during wipe. Is it possible? Phone saved list of my apps even after wiping data?

You've selected "back up my data" and "automatic restore" under privacy settings or when you first ran a wizard and set up your phone (prior to flashing).  It uploads your details to the cloud and brings them back when you need em.
