Make sure your cpu isn't set to low. Many have fixed the audio problems by increasing cpu to 352mhz for min cpu.

Thanks for the info. Now Pandora, YouTube and TuneIn are not skipping or stopping. I have another problem that happened when I loaded the current nightly ROM 11. When I use Swype and there is a spelling correction I double click to get the popup selection to change the word. I'll also get the cut and paste menu. This menu locks up the correction selection menu and I would have to back out of it. Then type the word manually. It worked fine from the previous nightly ROM. Is there something in the settings I can change to fix this problem?

To joshuaw84 and mmelbert of you having the Sprint Voicemail issue. What I recomend is a workaround by using google voice for voicemail. You will also need to remove the sprint voicemail app so that the data error (wich was driving me out of my mind) stops from coming up, otherwise you will still get it even though you are getting your voicemails. you do need to have a gmail account. Some perks of the app is that you get voice to text included. dlgltal thanks for the Pandora info I will try.

Thanks for the info guys. before I could try that, a new build was out and syncing with my contacts was fixed. Now if Facebook would sync with my messaging again like with CM6 then I'll be TOTALLY satisfied, lol

I'm still on build 7 and haven't really found a problem yet! I'll keep this one rocking until major improvements are made or the stable is released. What I have found is if any apps aren't working just uninstall and reinstall them. Seem to work fine after that!

I havent been on for a few days; but my pandora issue went away when I upgraded to #11. (this is when Juice Defender allowed CPU settings control) I don't care much for Weather Channel App that was on my GF's phone; I use weather bug with not so much as a hiccup and convinced her to switch. (Weather bug is more accurate in my area than weather channel by far. lol)

thanks for the replies on my problem with streaming pandora though it is much appreciated!

Was on #8, with pretty much everything working fine.

After flashing to #11 had no Google apps.
Flashed Gapps-gb-20110120.

Mostly working, no gmail.

Cleared both Caches, flashed to #12, then Gapps.

Let phone sit and then rebooted and still having Gapp issues.

Cleared both Caches, flashed to #12, then Gapps.again.
Now only Gmail is not working.  Market, Gcal, Maps and search seem fine.

Running Gmail 2.3.4.1.

Update.  Yep uninstalling and then reinstalling the Gmail app corrected the issue.
going to try uninstalling and then reinstalling.

CPU settings control is built into the rom, cyanogenmod settings/ performance settings.

The thing is.. I haven't really seen much of a problem yet. I was on build 6 and the only reason I switched over is because it crashed for some reason and I figured I may as well upgrade it. Why is it that one is released every day anyways? Are there really that many things to change or is it automated?
Don't see the need to revert back to new CM and have to customize my phone every single day. Maybe I'm just too lazy. :P Plus, I don't have paid CWM, so installing new ROMS s kinda a pain. Once again, I'm probably just lazy!

^I love this. It's one of the best new features of CM7^

I will flash again tomorrow or Saturday.

Here's the issue I'm running up against ... Clockwork 2.5.0.7 (default ROM Manager one), flashed Build #12 and then the latest GApps. The phone boots, and then about two seconds after I see the Android icon to go through the setup process, it reboots itself. I know my phone can't quite handle 768, maybe that's the reason it's freezing up? Is there a kernel I can run which might help this?

Try wiping everything. Boot, Data, System, Cache, Dalvik Cache. and then try installing again.
I had to wipe, install 3 times with #8, after that haven't had a problem since.

I just got #11 set up and all my other issues were resolved.
*My sprint voicemail went away with the Titanium App restore method(Google it)

*My battery life is great for one full day with moderate to heavy use. I do get nervous when I hit 50% but after a few trusting days I dont charge it and it lasts just as long as the first 50% but of course the last 15% you get that warning. For the decent battery life, Im using Advance task killer Froyo by Rechild.... im also using the Collins Battery tweak(options #1,5 and #8) then I also did the *#*#4636#*#* radio trick. I cant complain since my battery is the original one I got since October 2009!

*The major issue that I have found draining my battery was the display so I have the notification widget options at Auto/dim/40%/100%. Using 40% helps alot on saving my battery life.

*Finally the past two days, I have noticed that having ZERO apps on the home page is HUGE since nothing is opening up by itself... but it takes getting used to a bit. But whatever works, right?

Cyangogen Mod ROMS are awesome and I hope every carrier allows new phones to have it without Rooting. Stock ROMS are horrible.

Those things don't seem to make a difference on mine up to this point. It just seems like it boots, gets to a point where it wants to crank up the CPU to 768 and then bails. Is there a way to set the kernel to 691 as the standard "start" CPU max?

You could try a capped kernel, here is a link to the forum

691 is what CM7 used as default max for me. Not sure why your's auto defaults to 768. I can set mine to 768, but it just doesn't seem necessary. Go into Menu>Settings>CyanogenMod Settings>Performance>CPU Settings and change Max CPU frequency to 691 and click the Set on boot option. That should do the trick unless I misunderstood the question..
