First, a great effort by all!  Second, I prefer #1 for its clean and stylish appearance.

This. It's easily the best looking of the six. All the others look like generic WordPress themes with CM images.

Way too much text. I like how the 6th is busy. Shows that there is alot going on!

I agree. #1 is clean.

#6 seems to be a bit cluttered and the design makes everything appear to be on top of each other. No offense to Eli though.

Number 6 is VERY modern. It brings all the important information to the front page. If I was a new user that just found out about CM, I wouldn't care about the news until further on.

#1 for me. Looks good and works ok on my nexus one.

#6 might have been interesting but was only an image so I could not test it on my nexus one so is disqualified

You do know that just about every site is an image... spliced and diced right?

While I find this unhelpfully dismissive, it does bring up the interesting notion of having a slick mobile version of the site. Wouldn't it be nice to have CM's website look good on CM devices? Even more important might be having it look good on non-CM devices! =)

No.6 has the best designing but wat too cluttered. The information of blog should be the biggest with videos etc on side not all in one line. Also its missing forums link.

I think the functionality of #4 with the look of #6 would be nice.

#6 is horrible, it cannot be allowed to launch.  Anyone who knows how to root/ROM their phone already knows what Cyanogen is.  If #6 wins, a bunch of morons that have no idea what they're doing will be coming to the page asking questions they should be researching themselves.  We can't give the impression that people should be finding their first information on how to put Cyanogen on their device at this site.

Am I the only one that thinks that?

Edit: Let me be clearer... I like the layout of #6, but don't like that bottom left option.  I like the information/links offered by #4 best.

Interesting sales pitch ...

"Go away, learn all you can about our product somewhere else, and if you decide you like it come back.
Heck why would you want to learn about a product at its web site anyway?
Whatever you do don't come back here asking a bunch of stupid questions because we're a bunch of know it all snobs who have no interest in helping you out."

Pretty sure that's not the road to success...
