Can't wait if it helps - without this issue your mod would be perfect  ;)

Downloading update ROM now ... I've just figured that switching only camera.apk f this from your older 6.1 xtra -stable ROM to camera.apk from CM6.1 RC1 didn't resolve my problem ... so only hope is new ROM I think .

Update : So new ROM flashed and problem is not resolved , hmmm quite strange situation I only saw only one other person with the same problem ,but if something is screwed up in main Cyanogen 6.1 stable mod why only two people report this ?

I am making the assumption this will work on an HDPI device like the EVO with the latest stable 6.1?

Reading through the thread I wasn't able to ascertain.

I posted this, then in the car on my way home i had an "AH-HA" moment and realized what [D/S] meant.

weak, cuz I would LOVE colored icons in the top bar for my EVO.

The search continues, nice work btw

Thank you kindly good sir. Just installed.

1 - Almost everything looks fantastic, WiFi, SMS, Signal Bars, Battery
2 - Alarm clock icon is very blurry as well as the Bluetooth icon.
3 - No color on voicemail notification (google voice), the "3G" icon at the top, and when a market app finishes installing the "completed icon", still the drab grayish ones
4 - For some reason it actually removed my google voice ap, and I had to go to the market to reinstall
5 - The Battery Icon could probrably stand to be slightly taller
6 - All of the colored menu icons look fantastic

In short, looks like the "conversion" test was pretty much a success. Just needs some minor tweaks to a few icons, figure out why it uninstalls my google voice (did it 2x, I Nandroid and re-installed to see if it was a fluke. I have however made modifications to it using the smoke widget mod to my google voice, so that may be the issue.) & add color to a few of the missing ones.

I have MAD photoshop skills if you want some help and dont mind giving me a few pointers on where to start but I will gladly maintain an EVO port of your work. If you want to take a look at the few issues and run another zip by me I will HAPPILY! test them for you and let you know how it goes.

Thank you very much, I really appreciate you taking your time on this.

Here are some I just took.  I've been using Tom's mod for many weeks now on the nightlies.

How are you using this on nightlies?
I was on 197 and I just flashed it and it looks like it reverted me back to 6.1

DOH!! I used it because it sounded like revwillie was using it. Didnt realize he was using the other one. Ok thanks. Even though it reverted back to 6.1 for me it looks really good. Nice job. So is it the update-vending.zip you posted at 1:30am? Will that work on the evo?

Some screenshots from my EVO of the nice menu icons, the top bar is from a different pack, but I plan to go fully on this theme once the clock is a lil smaller and the battery is a lil bigger.

Cheers and thank you!

If you want to grab just the alarm clock & battery icons from the pack I have installed and incorporate them into your own (may need to ask or something i dunno how it works with you smart people!) oh anyways the xda thread is linked here.

http://forum.xda-dev...ad.php?t=853302

I only installed the bottom one labeled
"Liquid Battery + original power control widget MOD"

I was really just hoping for a battery, but it overwrote a lot of the top icons. I already miss the green signal bars and the colored debug icon ><

Im going to read up this week and see how to make themes and maybe ill hybrid something togethor and send it to the authors and see if they mind a repost..

anyways. thanks again, love the menu colors and your top icons!!!!

Can some one please explain me what is this. I have htc legend, and I can see that here is a colorized mod for this phone to. My question is why is zip file so large, does it conatins whole rom? I already have CM 6.1 stable version on my phone. So I persume if I flash this one everything will be the same, except menus and status bar icons will be in colors. But what if I flash latest nightly and than this mod over it, would then still have the latest nightly capabilites or what? Thanks for your effort!
