I'installed few months ago acer a700. Unfortunatelly android installed on this device works very slow.
I've decided to install CM.

It works much faster but i found one huge problem and i dont know what to do with it.

The issue looks like that:

I'm starting my tablet.
I'm working on it for a while and leave it - screen turning off after 2 minutes.
After half hour i'm waking it up and it works fine.
After 2-3 hours i'mtrying to wake it up and i cant - it looks like its turn and dont want to turn on.
I have to connect it to feeder and press turning on button 3 times for 5 seconds.
At the third time it's turning on.

I had installed many nightly builds and RC1 and RC2.

I have followed the configuration instruction from wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_p1 installing cm-9.1.0-p1.zip
The tab said the update was installed, but the tab did not startup after reboot. After starting just displaying "samsung" and "Galaxy Tab". If it was my computer, I would said the bootloader is missing. Old OS was 2.3.3 or 2.3.6 delivered by Samsung Kies somewhere last year.

May somebody have a suggestion for me? I like my tab and did not want to bought another one.

1. Rebooting
2. Going in to settings - Launcher - Homescreen - Checking and Unchecking Stretch Screens
3. Going into App Drawer and exiting (but this only activates one of the screens, not all of them)

So heres the scenario example:


Google Music - Two Ears
Google music - Song Changes
Google Music - Song is only playing on one ear now
Switch apps -
Sound cloud - Song plays in both ears
Sound Cloud - Song Changes
Sound cloud - Song now playing in one ear
Switch apps-
Google music - Two Ears
Google Music - Song changes
You get the idea

And this continues and the only way to combat it is to play sngs in rotating apps, and I have no idea how to correct this cause no nightly update has fixed the issue. TWRP is installer.  Before installation, I used TWERP Backup which completed correctly. Then used TWRP wipe - factory reset. then rebooted phone and reentered recovery/TWRP and tried to install.

Debugging is turned on

SuperSU and Busy box are operational

I have deleted prior copies of RC2 and redownload a fresh copy direct from CN, and placed it on the phone.

Why won't it install? 2. Google states that they will unlock Samsung Galaxy S4 16GB and essentially treat it like their Nexus devices by providing updates as soon as they are out. Problem is 16GB does not cut it for me because apps cannot be transfered from internal storage to microSD card. If I were to get the AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4, can I expect to the device to have full Cynogenmod support? Furthermore, will I be able to do what Google has done and get the stock Android along with its updates as soon as its available (won't the community be able to use the ROM of the Google Edition of the GS4)?

3. I heard that there is an app that allows you to transfer apps to SD cards. Does this still work and does it work for all apps? Is it reliable/still supported by its developers? What about for other content?

4. Will there be a bottleneck if I get a Class 10/UHS-1 microSD card? How would its speed compare to the internage storage speed? Am I better off getting a slower card?

5. Should I get the GS4 (AT&T, since it's the only one with 32GB) contract-free or with contract in a family plan? I'm a student and I don't really know the numbers involved that would make one more cost-efficient thatn the other in the long run. The sooner I know this answer, the sooner I can actually get the device.

6. Is TouchWiz really that awful? How does it compare with Cynagenmod? What is this "bloatware"? I am skeptical of getting Cynagenmod or any other tweaked OS/mods because I'm assuming that would mean losing many of the unique features of the GS4 like Eye Scrolling Air View, and other things that take advantage of its hardware.

That's about it for now. If I have more I will keep updating this thread. I don't know a better place to ask this, so I'm really hoping for some good answers.
